Eurocultured Street Festival is a concept that was born out of the enlargement of the European Union in May 2004 as 10 new member states joined the Union. The event organizer, Spearfish, thought it would be a great idea to have a festival that celebrated this notable development. With support from Manchester City Council and Arts Council England, the inaugural Eurocultured Street Festival Manchester was born. The Eurocultured project actively commissions the creation of brand new work and places artists from different creative disciplines together so that they can create brand new large scale, multi disciplinary work that can be exclusivley premiered to audiences at Eurocultured events.
This years visual artists list includes ARYZ, HERAKUT, TOAST and LOGAN.
