Dime Bags for Sale!

For the month of May the MEME gallery in Cambridge, Massachusetts has invited artists to open a store for one day. They were invited to interpret the word store however they liked.
$tore (stôr, str) n.
- A place where merchandise is offered for sale; a shop.
- A stock or supply reserved for future use: a squirrel’s store of acorns.
- Supplies, especially of food, clothing, or arms.
- A place where commodities are kept; a warehouse or storehouse.
- A great quantity or number; an abundance.
My amazingly talented friend Courtney Moy decided to curate a large group show entitled carry out. The concept brings together local artists to inspire, innovate and experiment with the prescribed limitations of fitting their work into a 3″ x 3″ ziploc bag. All work will be priced at 10 bucks each and after getting a sneak peak at Courtney’s studio, I must admit there are some pretty phat dime bags!
